Musings of a Humdrum Life

Still havent managed to make it outside very far... Its so frustrating, I can take the dog a walk and I can go out with stewart and/or the kids but I cant get by the end of the street on my own without panicking... I should be past all this by now - I was past all this! I don't know whats brought it on and I don't know what to do about it.... I suppose I just have to go back to the beginning and start again, set myself little goals and just increase the amount every day!
